Juan and Yanka went above and beyond for me. I was hit hard by hurricane Ian and been on the look out for two months for a car. Found them and their dealership. Absolutely wonderful experience. Juan is highly knowledgeable about the cars he sells, but also is picky about what he puts on his lot, and Yanka got everything sorted for me at the end of the sale. I also saw them going above and beyond for other customers during my purchase. Next car I get will be from them. personally, thank you guys for getting me into the driver seat again, thank you for your honesty as well as your commitment and compassion for what you do with your business. I absolutely wish you the best in all you do :)

*** WARNING ***PLEASE READ***experience with Southwest auto sales has been absolutely a nightmare. I would never suggest it to anyone to buy a vehicle from here. I purchased A vehicle cash and now has been more than 100 days with no title. Once again, I have not been issued a title in over 3 months, when I called the office to get information The blame is solely placed on someone else after researching with the third party. I am to find out the Dealership dealership is at fault here. I will not even be able to Renew the Registration the vehicle in a few days.. At the moment I am filling out the division of motorist services Consumer complaint form and then we'll be filing a lawsuit against this. Hope they lose their license and somebody is arrested as they have fraudulently Sold me a vehicle with no paperwork. There is a minimum of 30 days to file registration title to the state of Florida for vehicle sale. Which they have exceeded with no explanation
