        Down visiting on vacation, they took good care of me. First went there for road debris in back passenger tire, paid for a patch. They do real patches, not just the screw driver thing. Ran over something else the next day, was a bit mad because I thought their patch failed. Nope, it was a second nail and they were happy to walk me back there and show me as they took the tire off. Then they didn't even charge me. Went back for a 3rd time because my battery died. They were able to have a battery delivered and installed within an hour. Daniel, their manager, really sold the experience. My only complaints are it took a bit longer than I wanted for the tire things, and the price was a little high for the battery - battery was around $300. But there's a lot of work to get to my battery and they had to go get it, so I still say 5 stars. Need to emphasize how much I appreciated Daniel. Guy was great. Knowledgeable, friendly to my kids, and just made me feel good about the whole thing.

        Terrence was so helpful. We were from out of town and desperately needing to get to a soccer match. Tire Kingdom was the only place out of 5 that was willing to help me ASAP and Terrence and the staff did their absolute best to get us on our way as quick as possible. We definitely recommend this location.

        Second time coming to this location since Ive been in SWFL after previously being a client of Mavis back home. The service is exceptional and you can tell they are actually in the best interest of the customer instead of upselling you like other places. Terrence helped me out today and made sure I was educated on what my car needed. I wont be going anywhere else!

        Had a wonderful experience. Got a flat tire and they took me in immediately. Mr. Thomas the assistant manager helped my family and I get sorted and seen quickly. I appreciate how helpful Mr. Thomas and the staff have been and am happy to be back on the road.
