I called thinking ok maybe they will help me and the boss said to me tell me what brand is your motor on your equipment and I will tell you if I feel like working on it or not and I was in shock, cause I thought when you call a business the customer service would automatically kick in and usually they would say bring it in and let's take a look at, nope it's nothing like that, well I'm new here and I will not be going back there if it was the last shop open...Horrible Customer Service!!

Lee did a great job repairing my HP4040 pressure washer pump. PBM Equipment also has very reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?
