        Almost every person I know who lives in here is in full agreement that the management are some of the worst we all have ever seen. The place is also very run down some parts feel like a ghetto... you rent the lots (not own) and it's almost as much as a mortgage for an actual house to own nothing. It's a complete loss, lose lose, lose, lose... goes nowhere... situation in my opinion. The gate has been broken for years and I think they charge a gate fee still? or still advertise as a gated community. Such honest management. North Fort Myers crime, theft, drug addicts are OUT OF CONTROL and THIS IS WHERE it is happening. Lost track of how many times my family's items were stolen from by the front door. Neighbors on drugs stealing. Homeless people coming right through the no gate gated community at night and stealing. One thief tore the screen down off the back porch running into it to get away when we opened the door to noise. My goodness what a nightmare this dump is. Disgusting on every level. When you walk around the circle at night every couple houses you smell the different drugs or see drunk people. I really think this place is hell.

        Office is ridiculous. Far from professional. They think they need security at the office more than the park. Because they will just lie and wonder why people are upset. It's not a gated community as they say they are.
