        Booked room for the family the night before we checked into our air B&B in Cape Coral. The worst decision Ive ever made. This place should have been condemned after the hurricane. The front desk said we booked a smoking room when we dont smoke. She gave us a non smoking adjoining room with smokers. Had to block the bottom of the door with our bed covers to stop the smoke from coming in our room. We also found smoke holes in the bed sheets and could here absolutely everything that was happening outside all night. We all slept above the sheets fully clothed. If it wasnt 1 am when we arrived I would have went elsewhere. If you see this place keep driving.

        I never checked into this hotel. I booked it through Priceline, and due to the conditions of the hotel I would not step foot in this place. I called at least 10 times to speak with the manager which that never happened. I was informed by a front desk employee that the manager approved a refund. The refund never happened. This place is terrible, completely bad business.
