Someone sent me flowers and reached out to me to see if I received them. I open my door and saw the arrangements at my door but the delivery person never knocked because I was home. I advised they were delivered at 11:00 AM. I wasn't made aware until 2:00 PM. Also my arrangements were suppose to have blue roses and they came in all white. If someone pays for something specifically that what they should receive. I will never use this flower shop and I most definitely will not recommend.

I am so happy I found this florist. Their Arrangements are absolutely breathtaking,the flowers are always fresh,they pay attention to detail . The Prices are very fair as well.Its hard to find places that actually take pride in their work, and actually listen to their customers wants and concerns . If I could give them 10 stars I would!! This flower shop is a Gem of a place,

The person I sent flowers to never received them. After I ordered them, the next day, they called me to confirm the address. They had put my order on hold because they wanted to verify the address. This already put the delivery behind a day. I should have canceled then. I found out later the person I sent them to never received them. I tried to get in touch with the company but they kept telling me the order number I had was not the correct order number. That was the exact order number that was on the receipt. I called and told them the order was never received. They told me it was and that it was delivered on the day that it was originally supposed to be delivered. That was a lie because they said that day they couldn't deliver it until the next day because they could not find the address. They would not refund me the $90.23. This was a simple and uncomplicated order and they could not do it so I recommend not using this company, especially if it is an important event that needs to be there the same day.

The flowers for my wife's birthday was delivered one day late!! This seems to be an ongoing problem with this florist. The next day they delivered the flowers and set the arrangement direct in front of the door. When I opened the door it pushed the vase over and all the water poured on to my entrance. In Florida doors open OUT. I think this owner should find a new line of work. We did receive a rosy voice message and was told to have a beer. She is not a drinker!
