I initially was seeing Dr. Welch and went in to get a cleaning about 3 years ago and they suggested getting crowns for my front 6 teeth. I didn't have coverage but I got coverage and I had to wait 1 full year before the coverage would take affect with my insurance. I went back after the year and they told me what my coverage would pay and what my part was. I paid them $2400 and for almost two years now have been battling between the insurance company and the dental office. They now want me to pay another $1800 because the insurance company won't pay it. They called for pre-approval first! First, I have tried calling them 3 times and left 3 messages and wrote them a letter which they have never returned a call or emailed me back. And of course, they never answer the phones. The billing department evidently does not know what they are doing either. They told me that the insurance company keeps wanting them to change something and submit xrays, etc.. to verify everything and now they are saying they will not pay the claim because they were late submitting what they needed to submit. They also have many other charges for cleaning appt's, etc.. that they have not billed them for either and now the dental office has decided to charge me for all of it. Not only am I not ever going back there, they can sue me for the balance. Each time I go there, they tell me my bill is $100, $200 or $75, whatever they come up with, when all I am getting are 6 month cleanings. And I have insurance for that. I have a $50 copayment for the year and that is all it should cost. No one knows what they are doing over there. Worst management of a medical office ever! Update: After calling them multiple more times and they never answer their phones, I finally reached someone on Feb. 14, Jessie. Spent 15 minutes with her explaining everything in detail to her and she was going to discuss it with the office and someone would get back to me by the following Monday. Never heard from anyone. They simply cannot run an office and evidently do not care about proper office management and customer reviews.

Everyone was great from start to finish. I had a mix up with my insurance and Crystal took the time to help me fix it and got me back in same day. Martha was absolutely fantastic. The doctor Kat was professional and warm. So happy I decided to come here. I will definitely recommend.
