        Needed to get my tax documents from my out of town accountant downloaded and printed so I could sign them and scan them so I could email them back. Easy right? Not with my phone. It took a good half hour probably longer of trying this, trying that. It just would not download. The whole time the guy was right there helping me, making suggestions and finally succeeding in getting it all worked out. All this for a whopping $3.36. No big deal for him, he just wanted to get me squared away. Terrific customer service. Can't say enough John E
