Green Pro Cleaning

Excellent service !!!! Called on a Monday and had the staff in on Wednesday. Everything sparked and shined!!!! Amazing…..windows brought back to new and oven was once filthy was returned to new! Will definitely uses Green Pro again!!!

We purchased a new condo and wanted a good cleaning before we moved in. They were accommodating in setting up the date that I needed because we were coming in from out of town. So very professional. On the day of the clean the team was friendly and helpful listening to what I needed and priced accordingly. They did a very thorough cleaning, the place shined!!! I can only share my personal experience with this company but think its important to let others know so you can decide if hiring this company is right for you. I contacted them to clean my house two weeks in advance to be sure I could lock in a cleaner for the day and time I needed. While the quoted rate was expensive, I had only read positive reviews and didn't want to have to think or worry about whether my house would be cleaned, I am a ICU travel nurse. When the service was late I contacted the company but got a voicemail. Approximately 10 minutes later, more than 15 minutes after the service was to start at my home, I received a text message that the cleaners had Covid and would not be able to make the appointment for the day; 15 minutes after your supposed to be at my house you let me know this?!!! I asked when they could make it, but it took over 3 hours for a reply and they give me a date a week later. Very poor business practice. I would be weary. While I completely understand things coming up and Covid issues, as I am an ICU RN myself, this is unacceptable business practice. Definitely will not be using them now or in the future.
