Moda North Bay Village Apartments

I moved into Moda in February 2024 and I believe itll be our home for years to come. The views, the amenities and the beautiful living spaces are incredible, but above that, the staff led by Melissa and her team are down to earth and super helpful with anything you need. There are also fun events happening all the time where I learn new skills and meet great people. Its an easy choice for those looking for their next life changing home!

I've been living in this rental property for a while now, and I must say, the recent change in management has been a breath of fresh air! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any concerns. One thing I really appreciate is the sense of community they've fostered through residential events. It's a great way to get to know your neighbors and feel like you're part of something bigger. And let's talk about the views absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sight of sunrises and dolphins is truly a treat. Overall, I love all the new changes that have been implemented, and I'm eagerly looking forward to renewing my lease. Keep up the excellent work Moda!

Moda North Bay Village is an amazing establishment, its very clean and the staff is awesome! I went to visit family and was able to capture great memories during my stay recently. Melissa Capo and the rest of the crew are very professional and courteous. Cant wait till next time!

I have only lived here for a couple months but this is absolutely a hidden oasis. I had no idea how much peace and serenity I would experience waking up here every single day. The views are stunning, the staff is amazing, the amenities are incredible, and I truly wake up every day grateful for the opportunity to call this place home. Not to mention the wildlife is unmatched. I have seen a plethora of dolphins, manatees, and manta rays in my short time here already. If i had to complain about anything it would be I have yet to see a whale, but this is also something I never thought I would have on my list of must haves for an apartment complex. I also dont know how Im ever going to leave this gem of a home in the future but those are both problems for another day. For now Im just going to sit on my beautiful balcony, soaking up the sun, whale watching. (one last warning - if you move here prepare to become a true homebody as youre never going to want to leave..Peep the first photo of the manatee down below in sparkling water as I type my review)

Moved in here two weeks ago and its been great ever since. Beautiful building and beautiful scenery, the staff is also amazing. Monet and Stefanie have been extremely helpful in every way needed. I 100% recommend this community. Monet made my move in process easy and effortless. Thank you Moda for allowing me to have an amazing experience!
