I had checked many septic repair services and plumbing supply houses for a 6-inch riser to fit the 30-in opening of my septic tank. I finally called Abbott's and spoke to Walt who said he would check for me. He called me back and told me that he had a part that would fit and the price was far and away the best I had found. When I went to pick up the part, I was impressed with the quality in spite of the low price.

I highly recommend Abbotts Septic Service. I called them late Thursday afternoon and they had someone out to my property the very next morning. Ken called me 30 minutes before coming to my home to ensure I would be home. He was so professional yet extremely pleasant at the same time. He took the time to educate me on septic tanks since Im a new homeowner. He really cares about his clients and takes such pride in his work and it absolutely shows. He is such an asset to your company and I will recommend you to all of my neighbors and friends.

This company is outstanding! Ken arrived on time and was one of the most pleasant people we have ever met! He was truly a joy to have help us. He was fast, knowledgeable, and just a down to earth guy. He is truly an asset to the company. I will gladly recommend them to everyone!

After another local septic company(Martin) came out and quoted my Dad $11,000 for a new system, Walt came out and did a professional job! Fixed the issue(didnt need a whole new system). Charged a fifth of what the other company tried to scam my Dad out of. THANK YOU ABBOT!!
