UPDATE!!!! Google wouldn't let me do a new review so I will update this one. Tracey Punzone just found us our beautiful new Braden Woods home! We let her know we would wait for the right home and we were prepared to wait a while. She tirelessly worked without pressuring us as nothing was available to fit our needs. Miraculously, she found our new home through some of her many local contacts. The house wasn't even listed on the MLS!!!! We just had our seamless closing on the 8th of March. We closed on the sale of my house yesterday, now we have a house to buy and another one to sell. Tracey will absolutely be handling all of these transactions. She is extremely knowledgeable in Florida real estate. Most of all we felt completely comfortable and not pressured. I sent her this text after closing yesterday.
