James has been maintaining our pool since April 2022. We are so pleased with his service!! He has amazing knowledge about all things pool related. James is very dependable and is at our house the same day weekly. If he has to tweak his schedule, he lets us know with an email or text. His customer service and communications are exemplary! He responds to texts in a timely manner and is always willing to give advice or help. He is professional, respectful of people and property, and demonstrates the utmost character and integrity. His prices are very fair. Our pool looks fantastic! And he's just a darn nice guy. We're so happy to have him and wholeheartedly recommend him!

We've tried several pool cleaning services for our home in Nokomis and by far, James has been the most diligent. He is the only one who shows up regularly and if he can't make his scheduled day, he sends us a note to confirm he will be there the next day. Really appreciate having someone you can count on to clean the filter, brush the pool and manage the chlorine. He's an animal lover so he is great with our dog too!
