Max was super helpful as we looked to purchase our condo. He was always available to answer questions and his communication skills are great. Super responsive and guided us through the process with a friendly attitude. He is very knowledgeable and was always looking for the best option for us. Max did such an amazing job and was so hard working during I and my fianc's home buying process. He made sure he communicated every step of the way about anything we needed to know and even went the extra mile numerous times. The seller's notary/agent even commented frequently about how well drafted and put together our closing documents were which we couldn't be more thankful about. He provided us with the best loan options and is super personable and nice. We will certainly look for him if we ever enter the market again, we know he'll take care of us!

As a self-employed professional I was turned down for a loan with other vendors over a technicality on how I shifted my personal income into my business income. This did not stop Max and Loan Depot promptly and with great follow through to get me approved, get an appraisal out in one week and do whatever it took to help us close within a 1-2 week period. He saved our closing and if it wasn't for him we wouldn't be happy in our new home.
