Stephanie is a remarkable woman to work with, in that, she combines two qualities which are often times at oddscompetence and kindness. She is efficient at what she does and walks you through the process as needed. She helped motivate and organize through the process without ever feeling pestering or pushy. My realtor and the woman at the title company remarked on how wonderful she was to work with which is a testament to her character. She thinks creatively and used that skill to get me a rate no one else could offer and a comfortable monthly payment and she did so while gracefully bringing all the parts together and only asking me for what was necessary.
