My house is beautiful and I actually really like my subdivision but theres been some major structural issues with my house. My shower was essentially leaking into my wall for over a year and the warranty department told me there was nothing wrong. They had to gut my whole entire shower, the wall in my bathroom and two sections of wall in my master bedroom there was Visible mold on the molding and you could put your hand through the wall. Ive had no shower since July My tub is in my patio. Terribly unorganized no one takes accountability. I had to hire an independent contractor and get legal advice in order to actually get my shower fixed correctly. And yes, I had to pay for the legal advice out-of-pocket. Oh yeah, and my refrigerator that came with the house broke two months after I moved in leaked all over the floor and warped my cabinets. Still havent had those fixed. Obviously, I like my house or I would not have bought it and I think they have good intentions, but its completely unacceptable to pay almost $1 million for a house and have major issues like this. Unfortunately, there is just a lack of oversight and organization And lack of accountability. Its pretty mortify when your walls are rotting and you can smell mold and you have to sleep in that every night. Multiple videos and pictures were sent to upper management with Little to no response, no apology Or offer of compensation for what Ive had to go through. Unfortunately, I cant upload videos to this review. Thank you for the reply. Im definitely still not compensated for the contractor or lawyer I had to hire. And I definitely havent been compensated for living in mold for a year and having pneumonia twice. Also the water source has not been located and the is a stagnant pool of water against my home for months. The shower was only fixed once I hired an independent contractor and lawyer. No one listened to me for a year ( since August 2022) when I alerted the warranty team. No need to reply. Only stating the facts for the review.

Our first building experience with Neal Signature was such good quality and process that we looked forward to our move to Aria. Quality of workmanship and follow-up has significantly deteriorated. Irrigation system is defective and has not functioned properly or consistently since we moved in 3 years ago. Resident concerns are that they will patch the system just enough to hand off a defective architecture when residents take over HOA. Clubhouse A/C has required multiple repairs and clubhouse noise level is so bad you can't hold a conversation. There is a very good sense of community among neighbors. Service: Home building
