        You get so much more than a membership - best trainers who really care about your fitness, every workout is different, great group of women who are so supportive of each other, Natalies expansive knowledge and endless encouragement through her training and InBody scans and a wonderful owner with such an amazing team working with her

        The trainers are amazing. Love the workouts and the members. Moving from out of state, everyone has been so welcoming. I truly look forward to going to workout! Every workout I have been been motivated and challenged. I cant recommend this boot camp enough because it is so much more than a gym! thank you Jamie for bringing this gym to Nokomis!

        Blush has been so amazing!!! For the first time in my life I found the support, motivation, variety and accountability I need to get and stay fit. Not to mention EVERYONE I have met has been so incredibly friendly and encouraging. The classes are hard but since the environment is so great I found myself more committed than ever to keep coming back for more!!!

      BLUSH® Boot Camp opened in October of 2018. Founded with a goal of empowering women through fitness, our gym offers women from all walks of life, results-driven workouts, free nutritional support, free babysitting, free mindset coaching and a sense of sisterhood.Ultimately, our goal is to make women stronger mentally and physically. We strive to foster a sense of community and create a space where members can enjoy themselves while working towards their goals. The way we see it, your fitness journey is about so much more than quickly squeezing in a daily workout.
