        We highly recommend Warren Roofing who removed our old roof and installed a new 24 gauge Medallion Lok McElroy Metal standing seam roof with a high temperature underlayment over the complete roof deck. They did a fantastic job. Their team was meticulous, spending many days cutting and fitting each panel perfectly. They were also very careful to protect our lawn and plants and cleaned up after themselves including using a magnetic roller to pick up any nails/metal from the job. At the end of the job they provided a copy of the permit and wind mitigation report for our HO insurance. Definitely a five star team Service: Roof installation

        Warren roofing replaced my roof in 2023. I contacted three vendors for quotes and only Chris Warren showed up at the house. The other two provided quotes by looking at satellite photos. I told Chris that I was applying for the Florida Grant and needed necessary paperwork. He not only assured me he would assist, but he also provided references of two other jobs he had done who were applying for the grant. I contacted both references and even did a drive-by on one of the houses. It looked great. The one reference told me this is the second roof Warren had done. When he needed the second roof, he was so satisfied that he hired Warren without getting a second quote. Everything went just as it was explained to me. After the work Jessica at his office was extremely responsive to my requests for documentation. I wish I could give them six stars. Service: Roof installation

        Most professional and organized roofer. On time supervised during the whole process. Cleaned up constantly. Pressure washed driveway after shingle distributor leaked hydraulic fluid during delivery. Service: Roof installation
