Even though the staff seem nice, the dumpsters need to be dumped. When we put in debris it fell back out of the rusted out dumpster. I filled one and asked for it to be picked up and another in better condition be delivered. It was even worse, then they brought the first one back! For the amount of money you spend, they should have much better dumpsters! At least ones that won't leave debris behind.

Be sure to get your quote in writing... I was quoted $370 as a flat rate for the dumpster, and when the charge was made it showed up as $460. When I contacted the company, the receptionist admitted to me that she had made a mistake by quoting me the construction and debris cost instead of household residential cost, and even stated that she "whited out" the trash type on her form and wrote in the proper waste description. However, they never even considered contacting me to let me know that there was an error and give me the opportunity to continue to shop around. They simply charged me $90 more than the quoted price without even batting an eye. I guess if money is no object to them, then it should not be an object to anybody else... The dumpster arrived on site on the scheduled day, but later than expected. The driver initially could not find the location and never contacted me for directions, even though I requested that the driver contact me when they were 15 to 20 minutes out so I could be ready for them. It is obvious that communication is not one of Johnson and Son's strong points. The driver was courteous, and placed the dumpster precisely where I requested. I have no complaints regarding the driver at all, and assume that he was never given the instructions to contact me as requested. So in summary, do not expect them to contact you with any issues or delays, or even for any unexpected price changes. Make sure your communications are done via email or some other type of written media, because if there is an error in the quote or in billing you have something to fall back on. Hindsight shows me that you cannot trust a verbal agreement anymore. If I had written documentation, I could have contact my financial institution and disputed the charge siting deviation from the contract and had them resubmit with the accurate, quoted price. If this company wants to save some face, they could certainly refund the $90 that was above the quoted price and perhaps their stars could go up. The fact that the receptionist had the attitude of "too bad-so sad, pay up" left me with a very undesirable first impression of Johnson and Son. Would I give them another shot... Perhaps. I think everybody deserves a second chance and their prices seem to be fair. My biggest complaint is the fact that they overcharged me from what was quoted and even though they knew it was their fault, would not even consider holding true to that quote even though it was admittedly a mistake on their end. But you can bet your bottom dollar that if I do reach out to them again that their quoted price will be documented accordingly.

Initially had great service with this company however the office is not well run and unprofessional--there are much better places to Get roll offs--look elsewhere is my advice.
