Little Income Tax Service

The people who are not happy with this business have no idea what they are talking about. This lady has gone above and beyond for my company and my bosses company for years and he is the one that recommended me to her. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company

I had to give her at least 1 star. This is THE most unprofessional tax service I have ever dealt with. She was wonderful the first year and this year, she won't return my calls. I don't know if my taxes were filed or not. I will be facing a penalty for my state taxes (different state). She hasn't returned one call, text, or email. Left me high and dry. I understand she has been sick, but when you acknowledge you will do something and don't follow through, you are putting clients in danger. it would have been different if she had said, "I am sorry, I just can't." I would have wished her well and found someone else this year. She said nothing. If I owed her money, I am sure she would be able to respond. BUYER BEWARE!

I have used Vickie for a few years now. One year there was an issue because after her father passed her tax information was no longer valid and I had friends and family who waited months for their return. She is almost impossible to get a hold of each year I have to leave multiple messages and emails to get a response. This year I left multiple messages and emails and never received a response over months. If the business is no longer active the numbers need to be taken down. If the business is still active I am very disappointed in how things were handled. Things have went downhill over the past few years drastically things have become very unprofessional and I would not use little tax service or suggest anyone else to use it in the future.
