Hacienda del Sol II

Weve been coming here for 20+ years. Weve stayed at lots of units in the complex and I have nothing but praise and kudos for the units, the location and the outstanding staff. When you see familiar faces in the complex every vacation you know youre in a special place.

The location is absolutely amazing. Loved the sunrises looking over the beach and sleeping to the sound of waves. But... Our unit was in decent disrepair. Our back door will not stay on the track and the screen was coming off the screen door which also is not on the track and the plates are not in very good condition and the dryer did not dry clothes and the sliding blinds fell off their track. Our bed also had big indentations that made it hard to sleep. Also the dishwasher did not do a very good job washing dishes. Staff were not very professional. The bigger frustration was the very limited availability of basic needs that you would normally have in a vacation rentals. They limit how much toilet paper they provide you how much dish soap and dishwasher pods laundry detergent and trash bags they give you. This is a general policy that makes no sense. In the end of the place just kind of felt ghetto fabulous and we were very happy to be here because of the location but it did feel a little bit like we were slumming it.

Lovely spot and a beautiful beach. The condo unit (#110) was easy to access at ground level and the view was superb. You can't beat the beach, but the heated pool was also a plus. We really enjoyed our week. Great staff and a great place.

The apartment is a lovely well appointed 3 bedroom with a convenient layout, knockout view and very comfortable furnishings. It was quiet, everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful time. The front office was helpful and we will definitely try to book this condo in future visits.

I love this condo! The grounds are lovely. The residents are friendly. The pool is refreshing. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable.
