Wanted to switch over from shingle to a metal roof and I was very impressed with the outcome. The price range was perfect. They were quick and clean. I highly recommend using this company to install your next roof. Ask for Erick or Kevin. They were really easy to talk to and they explained everything to me so that I could understand.

Had a leak in my roof and asked my neighbors who had just recently gotten their roof replaced by M&I General Contracting how they felt about them. They raved almost immediately about their experience so I gave them a call. Eric and Kevin came out the next morning, they were even 5 minutes early. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish and I knew right away this was the company for me. I decided to cancel my other appointments and signed up with M&I. My roof was replaced 2 weeks later in a total of 2 days without a single issue. Eric and Kevin were even on site the entire build. I highly recommend these guys! I highly would recommend M&I Roofing and have recommended them to family and friends. Kevin was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable . He was always available to answer my questions and provide samples as requested. He kept me informed and oversaw the project. The roofing team was here at the crack of dawn and completed the project within days. They were efficient and thorough with the clean up. I have received many compliments on the completed project and comments on how hard the crew worked. I am very pleased with the workmanship and customer service by M &I roofing.
