Janine McGowan is an exemplary real estate professional. Her skills and knowledge of the New Smyrna Beach market make her a top choice for a seller's agent. I imagine she would be equally effective working on behalf of a buyer. I can't think of any quality that I would expect of a real estate agent that Janine doesn't possess. We didn't specifically choose her from the Collado agency but we're glad that she contacted us to offer her services in marketing our New Smyrna Beach condominium apartment. Janine inspected the property, made a few decorating adjustments to increase its appeal and suggested an asking price that was higher than what we had anticipated. She began holding weekly open houses and provided us with feedback from potential buyers. It took a couple months to get the first offer in the less-than-optimal real estate market that prevailed during the holiday period. Janine remained positive and kept plugging away at the open houses and private showings. That first offer was a good one and we closed the sale two weeks later! Janine's husband is a lawyer and he handled the details of closing. Obviously, coordination between them was not a probem. Everything surrounding the process went flawlessly.

Janine is the whole package in what you want in a real estate agent. In 2022 we decided to sell and move more inland, again Janine was our go to agent. She sold our condo in NSB within 2 weeks and found me a perfect condo in Daland within a month. We were in CT for the summer and Janine handled everything long distance. Everything went smoothly from selling the condo in NSB to buying the condo in Deland. I would go to Janine over and over to handle my real estate needs.
