Scheduled an appointment with them. Drove an hour to get there to meet him. Called 15 minutes after the scheduled time and he did not answer. Left a message. I called back when they were 50 minutes late and they did not answer. Left them a VM firing them for wasting my time.

Tried to use this plumber and he came out 10 days ago to look at our toilet that wasnt properly flushing. Gave us an idea of what was probably going on, told us he could come back and fix it 2 days later on Monday, never showed up and eventually said hed come on Wednesday instead. We were ok with that and didnt think too much of it but ended up having to keep following up to see when he could come because he didnt come on Wednesday and having our phone calls dodged. We also left multiple voicemails during that time. I called tonight from my personal phone number (previously calling from my husbands) to see what was going on and he answered on the first ring. After finding out it was me, he hasnt answered calls from my number although he promised to return my call tonight. Just left another voicemail to see whats going on but obviously will be looking for a new plumber in the morning. In my opinion, this behavior is super unprofessional and unreliable and I would not recommend using kings plumbing service. If I could post negative stars I would. Service: Toilet repair

Called on King's Plumbing, after a problem with one of our showers, left us having to cut off the main water valve to our home, merely 2-days before Thanksgiving. We couldn't find anyone to help so close to the holiday. We called on Wendell King's business and even with a packed full schedule, he squeezed us in. The job was a mess and even had lost parts (thanks to someone else trying to be a plumber.) He was willing to drive all the way back to his shop to get parts, just so I wasn't left without water for Thanksgiving. (Luckily they were found.) Even with all of that headache...He was very patient, and kind, and an excellent plumber! I was even a bit shocked at how reasonable his rates were considering it was an emergency basis and the mess he had to deal with. Very reasonable!! So I can honestly say I would recommend this company without hesitation. And it isn't just THE company we will use but it's THE ONLY company we will use!! ......We truly THANK YOU, Mr. Wendell King !! **HAPPY THANKSGIVING**
