I see theyve separated the lawn and pest so my previous review was deleted. They had many many chances to fix and make my lawn right which they destroyed after multiple calls from me that it was getting worse. Met every manager and promised theyd resod before a big event that time came and went and we were met with empty promises and a muddy horrible lawn after being with them 6 years two different homes thought we had a great relationship but sadly when there was a problem they dropped the ball, my father ended up resodding and we found a new company things are looking much better! Alex (William Hamilton) is great! He is always polite and professional when he is here. He has even gone above and beyond to help us on a personal level. He passed my husband broken down on the side of the road and stopped to help! He brought my husband home, and followed him back after my husband picked up his truck and trailer to help push the broken down motorcycle onto the trailer. Additionally, Alex always makes sure the dogs toys are safe from the chemicals-he cares about our animals as if they were his own. We could not ask for better personalized service!
