I cannot say enough good things about this company. Extremely professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond from day 1 to ensure the project was done right. They did a great job cleaning up after each day, you wouldnt even know they were there. I highly recommend anyone looking for drainage resolution to stop your search and hire these guys, you wont be disappointed. 10/10!!!

As an HOA manager, having a good solid lawn crew is vital to the appearance of the community. Jered and his crew always hit the mark. When I have an issue, it is not only Jered that shows up, its the crew/crew leaders. I cannot stress enough how much I value the work ethic that Jered and his crew shows every time! Our backyard slanted towards the house. We had water intrusion after Hurricane Ian that caused major issues. Then last week with all the rain, we started getting more water coming towards the house, despite new gutters. We called Cunningham and John came out. He gave us an estimate. We got on their schedule. I asked if they got any cancellations to move us up if possible. John and his crew showed up ahead of the projected date. They graded the yard, redid the two underground gutter extensions, added two more underground drains added new sod as well as rocks and landscape edging. The crew was extremely polite and professional. Any questions I had were quickly answered. John checked on my satisfaction throughout the process. The project took two days and they cleaned up after each day. I give Cunningham's Lawn and Landscaping my highest rating and would recommend them to anyone.
