Have had Mr. Perozzi several times for various issues that needed attention; from replacing doorstops & hanging pictures to repairing drywall, tiling, rescreening, putting up light fixtures & cabinets, & connecting a dishwasher. That's only a portion of my list. I believe he can do all or most. Found his costs to be very reasonable. He let me know in advance the supplies he needed to perform the work, saving me money on his time. I found him to be reliable, professional, & helpful with suggestions, but never overbearing. Have recommended him to other friends.

It's always unfortunate when we hire someone and in the end not be satisfied with the results. But I really had no concerns because I believed when I informed this contractor that the accent walls were in need of more paint he would be willing to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of his work. But I was wrong. He said I would have to pay an additional amount. I have already paid for work that was not completed and what was done is not to my satisfaction. End of discussion.. My friend visited last week said this was Not right and we discussed why would a painter not want to take pride in the quality of his work especially since you were going to utilize his company for other projects which he was aware of? My friend agreed that the entry way accent wall has White showing through the green and there are paint bubbles that are noticeable. So I decided to make contact with 2 professional painters and one major paint company and everyone infomed me the price I paid should have been for 2 coats and this is standard for a professional painter or amateur painter to ALWAYS apply TWO coats. This should have been done without any discussion. Period End of story. So why would this company not want to correct this? Why is he handing this in such an unfair manner? I have my thoughts which I won't share here because I know when I am being treated unfairly. Now as soon as I enter my home I see this flawed work and I ask myself why is this person reacting in this manner. It has been 3 weeks and I was hoping his heart would soften but I was wrong. We all have had a very difficult year financially & emotionally so I purposely hired a local contractor in my effort to support a small business. I reviewed the website and talked to a few references and I was satisfied this was a good choice for such a small job but I was sadly wrong . In closing, please know I am not a person who looks for ways to complain or hurt anyone deliberately but this is rude and unnecessary behavior for a project that started out being promising is now a hurtful reminder when I open my door. Ron was very pleasant to work with and had very fair pricing. He did a good job on my small home repairs and showed up on time. I will be using him again and wish I could find a handyman like Ron in Orlando!
