Win Dixie you have got to step up your game. My family shops there at least once a week and recently, every time we shop there its horrible. Always out of something, your deli staff is horrible. The only deli staff that was good was the gentleman that recently worked there, with glasses. I believe his name was Rob who I assume is no longer there as we have not seen him. All the cashiers are great. Very polite and work hard. Today, my husband went in to grab some things, while there he grabbed a case of Yuengling beer. He didnt notice until he was loading the groceries in the car that the case of beer sounded funny. He opened the case and 2 beers were broken. I understand its probably not Win Dixies fault however when he walked back in the store to try and exchange there was NO manager in site. He was behind multiple people at customer service and it took multiple cashiers to make an announcement, four different times and no manager appeared. My husband ended up leaving without replacing the beer because it wasnt worth the hassle. If that was Publix, there would have been zero wait and they probably wouldve given him a new case of beer and a refund.
