Allphases Fence and Pavers

I dislike posting reviews but I want everyone to be aware of my experience. After Ian came through, I contacted them to see if they could fix my fence. They came out in a timely manner, but they were going to have to locate the product due to not carrying the specific one I had which was ok. 2 months passed and I finally called to ask the status, I was informed they could not get the product, again I was ok with this. I asked for a refund back to my card, already paid for half as per the contract. 2 weeks passed and no refund, placed more than 6 calls and left messages before getting with someone over 4 days. I was advised they would refund the money soon. Glad I placed it on a credit card so the card company adjusted me as they deal with getting the money back. I would have honestly given them 5 stars if it wasn't for this, it should take a maximum of 3-5 days to reimburse me the money. I was planning on going back to them to get my pavers done but after this, I will not. Just be aware of my experience and due what you want with this info.

I'll start by saying I don't like leaving bad reviews. But I'm left with no choice. After a six month wait they outsourced the job to a clearly unqualified former employee to put up my fence who only cemented one out of five posts. Needless to say when hurricane Ian (less than a year later)came through the fence blew down within two hours. I've called multiple times, left voice mails, no response.

They come over for an estimate send the wrong one and I called them back never called!! Great way to do business with potential customers!!

Professional, personable, and excellent. Great work and the management is fantastic. Solved a significant drainage problem that no one was able to. Highly recommend.
