You know how when you have a great auto mechanic you tend to share that information with people? The same thing is true here with Boaters Exchange as a dealership, a maintenance facility and just an all-around good company. I bought my boat from them two and a half years ago and every interaction I've had with them since has been nothing but positive. As a matter of fact I've never had a bad experience with them. And just like having a great auto mechanic, I've turned a lot of people on to them because as a fully certified Yamaha shop and take care of most of everybody's needs. Anyway I might be biased because yeah I bought my boat from them but I can tell you this they'll keep on getting my business.

How refreshing to deal with the helpful friendly staff at New Smyrna Beach! Brought my boat in one week and they had a complete service on my old worn out Yamaha done in a few days. Cleaned it up too and runs perfect now. Had a major issue in my offshore boat that several different mechanics tried to fix and these guys actually took the boat out in the water to run it and figure out the problem. Fixed that within an hour!! Ron Prekup my service manager is remarkable and truly loves his job and is passionate about customer service like I have never experienced anywhere! Paul Berube who I think is one of the owners is also a super individual of integrity and caring that I bought my first boat from many years ago in Rockledge. I would highly recommend this company for anything boating related. As many know its hard to find this combination of sales and service around here!

I use them for service on my Key West 1720 boat. Abe, Amanda and the team here do a great job. Very friendly and flexible, service is usually quick. I had some upgrades added to the boat while parts were still constrained due to Covid, but they were able to locate and obtain what I needed fairly quickly.

I went there to find out what a boat that i was looking at was worth and she spent a half hour looking it up on the internet for me and I wasn't buying it from her she was awesome thank you Amanda.
