Today was my 27 anniversary and my wife saw the Norwood's on Google so we decided to try it. When we got there to check in we were told there would be a 45 min wait so I gave them my cell number waited. After 50 min I went and ask how much longer and they looked at me and asked if I had checked in. There wasn't anyone in the establishment that looked like my wife and I so, how did the hostess who checked me in not know. The gentleman standing at the check in desk with them asked my number again and when I told him, he replied I might be able to get you in, you might? We had been waiting for almost an hour. I checked and saw at least 6 open tables and 2 that were open the entire time we waited. So we were finally seated after an hour. We place our order and waited for another 35 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Captain's plater, the crab cake, shrimp and scallops were cold and the Mahi Mahi was luke warm under cooked and the green bean were hard and barely steamed. My wife said her alfredo pasta was okay at best. I am home now sick because of the undercooked fish. The only reason I didn't give 0 stars is because it didn't give me the option. Our server was decent and I left a 25% tip even though the food was crap it wasn't her fault. I won't be back, didn't feel welcome. Hard lesson learned tonight.

Everything was great, from the food to the atmosphere. The live music upstairs was incredible. There was even a bed to lay down on if you felt the need! My church group traveled to New Smyrna from Ohio, and this was one of our stops. We had a great time! Vegetarian options: There are only 3 options on the menu that aren't meat. I wanted to try the pizza, but they said it was for kids only, so I ended up ordering Fettuccine alfredo.
