The Beacon at New Smyrna Beach

Just toured The Beacon and I cannot say enough great things about Phil and his team. The grounds are pristine and I felt so welcome. Cant wait to call it home

Beautiful community with great amenities, they went all out on the pool and gym, which are my favorite amenities! The team here is super friendly, especially the community manager Phil! Great location, the beach is only 15 minutes away or less! Moderate neutral finishes which made it super easy to style my apartment! If your looking for the perfect place to call home, The beacon is the way to go!

I recently moved out of The Beacon after living there for a year. I would still live there if I hadn't moved out of state for a job opportunity. It's the best apartment complex I have lived in. It's beautiful, well maintained, the pool area looks like a resort, is in a nice location, but the best thing about it is the staff. Every employee has been so helpful and great to work with. The property manager, Phil, has done a great job, and the head of maintenance, Carlos, is a superstar.

It would be a good place to live if there wasn't a silverfish/roach infestation in all the buildings. Pest control has tried their best to fix it, but its a building issue and the owners do not give a damn about the residents. Leaks everywhere, all the time. The place has gone way downhill. People also dont clean up after their pets. Gates are always broken so whats the point of having them? People get stuck in the elevator often. 0/10 dont recommend.
