THIS GUY IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. COMES TO MY HOUSE SMELLING LIKE A WEED DEALER. QUOTES ME OVER $400 TO REPLACE 4 SCREENS ABOUT 4' X 5' sections. And I told him I have the screen and the spline. STAY FAR AWAY. He must be a weed dealer as bad as he smelled.

I called Tom about a screen panel above our pool that had fallen off. Tom came out the very same day, which was unexpected, and repaired the panel. We are very happy with how prompt he responded and feel he did very good work. Thanks, Tom!

The guy showed up at my patio door unannounced. I was on my patio in my pajamas. I asked him why he didnt call first. His response was I dont have your number. I told him Parliament Roofing did because it was because of them that he was there to replace screens on my pool enclosure. I asked him to wait while I changed my clothes. I come back out to find him on my patio. Totally arrogant. No apology. He comes back yesterday to do the work. Same thing. Doesnt call first. Doesnt knock on the door. Walks around and comes right in my patio. Totally unprofessional. His work is far from stellar also! Would never recommend him to anybody or Parliament Roofing!

Tom came out quickly to do a rescreening job on my back patio. This was about 2 years ago and he did an amazing job. The screens have held up extremely well and still look brand new even with our cat jumping on them daily. We did get the pet screen knowing what would happen and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Will definitely be using him again when the time comes!

Got a quote to replace some screens. Came over to the house when no one was home. Quoted me $395.00 to replace some clearly broken screens. Came home to find 4 broken screens not replaced. Promised to come back to finish the work he started only to want to charge me more money to finish the work he initially quoted me for. My mistake was writing a check without inspection of work. Very unprofessional, will not recommend. Stay far away from this guy!!
