U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

This guy is the absolute worst!!!!! I had a reservation saved for this location, and also have a rental history. I go in this morning, and told me if I didnt have a credit card. He was not going to rent the truck to me. Mind you, last time , I was there, he let the payment go through with a debit. Also, last time I was there, he requested for my car to stay on his lot. Told him, no! Thats crazy . Gave me an attitude and had someone go look at my car, while I was inside ..please stay away from this place!!!!

The guy at the counter received a personal call and I had to wait for him to finish and complete the order. It took 18 minutes to get the keys and I made a reservation online. An extra day was added for a late return which I called and told him my situation. I made a phone call to the 800 number and the representative removed the charge. Go north to the next U-Haul location and have a better experience

If I could put zero stars I would bad people here an mister cooper you stop yelling at people if I could put a video of are experience or share will other I would I will never do business at your location ever again I would rather drive 10 miles to another location

The owner rolled his eyes twice and sighed after I answered his question in how long I needed the van. I used self check in and self check out and was still made to wait.

Horrible experience. Made a reservation for a cargo trailer, showed up 10min early, waited 20min before being approached. Turns out the "U-Haul guy" had left early, yet I was still able to make a reservation? Arrived the next day to pick up the cargo trailer I reserved, but it turns out the trailer wasn't even there. Was informed I was "lucky" someone just dropped off the trailer one size larger. How am I lucky that the one I had reserved, twice, was not available? Mind was blown by how poorly this went. Only reason I gave two stars, was for the gentleman's effort with getting the trailer light adapter installed.. of course for an additional charge. I would try elsewhere if looking for U-Haul.
