This is the worst title company I have ever dealt with. I am a broker associate and I am a high volume listing agent and I would never ever use this company by choice. I never got a response. My seller had to call numerous times to get an answer. They don't email. They don't answer the phone. They don't update the client and they don't keep in touch to let you know what is going on with closing. This is the worst business practice I have ever been involved in and the worst closing I have ever had.

Scarab Title did a fantastic job ! They help with the paperwork when you're buying or selling a house. They make sure you don't have any problems with the property you're getting. Staff was was very professional nice and made everything easy to understand. If you need a title company, I highly recommend them when buying or selling your home .

I used them to sell my first home and purchase my second. They went over everything with me through the whole process, and I have to say it went smoothly and quicker than I expected. Profesional staff with attention to detail.. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a seamless process on buying or selling.
