Dallas with The Roofing Company came out to meet with me and inspect a roof leak. Within 30min he had figured it out and explained everything to me in detail and provided an estimate on the work. They even scheduled me in earlier than anticipated to get the work done and then again due to a rainstorm. Amazing customer care and the work on my roof was repaired as it stormed the very next day with no leaks! Dallas even stopped by 2 days later to check on things after the storm. Highly recommend The Roofing Company for any repairs!

Over priced roof leaked and destroyed my guest bedroom. Took 2 months of a single employee squeezing me in for the repairs. Never made it a priority. I was told to just sit around on my day off waiting for them to finish other jobs because new profit is more important than finishing the job theyve already been for. Boomer Dave the sales guy will play shell games with the numbers. Beware, hasty work and profit chasing caused me a huge headache. Maybe they should focus on customer service first. Wont be recommending.

Jeff Lee was able to make a repair on my roof and chimney area that was causing a slight leak in my ceiling. He came the next day after I called and was able to offer a solution and make a repair on the spot. He also gave me honest feedback on the condition of my roof and what my options may be down the road when I actually need a full replacement. I would recommend contacting them for honest feedback on the condition of your roof and replacement options.
