After doing some research to determine which real estate agent you’re working with, and having you refuse to speak with me on the phone because of my “overly masculine feminism” as you so kindly put it, I’ve sent you a text message with the contact information for the Broker of the Agent you are working with. Each Align Right Realty office is independently owned and operated. As the franchisor, we do not have control over the operations of our individual franchise branches. Please reach out to your agent and your agent’s broker in regards to your issue. I am sure that it can be resolved with a little bit of effective communication.

You also have the right to refuse to work with any agent whom you can't come to an agreement with. If you don't want to pay a commission being asked, you don't have to, nor do you have to sell your home for any less than you're willing to take.
