We needed a custom branded 10x20 tent and multiple flag setup- and we needed it FAST! Being our first investment into a catering and event tent setup, we also wanted something that was affordable and was not going to break after minimal use. Shawn went above and beyond in cutting us quotes and getting our design proofs back immediately so we could expedite shipping just in time for our event. He even offered to lend us tents if we needed in the mean time! Once we received the flags and tent, we were very happy with the actual printing of our designs and the quality of the material. Unfortunately after 2 months our tent was set up incorrectly and high speed storm winds snapped one of the supports overnight. When we told Shawn, he checked in on our warranty and sure enough he ordered us a replacement.
