SO far dissatisfied with the timeliness of appointment times and office getting back to me on results of lab work. It has been over 2 weeks since my first appointment.

Dec 2022- Dr. Rivera said go home call and make an appointment for Feb 2023 for surgery to have my neuromas taken out and my big toe bone shaved down. Called the ofc and the ofc mgr Jennifer said oh he says that all the time to everyone, we have 14 people ahead of you and youll have to wait months. So I called again in February she said they have 7 people ahead of me now. I stopped calling and they never called to schedule this surgery. I am very disappointed - Needles to say thank god my Mortons neuroma has been good, so I dont even want that surgery now. Terrible ofc staff, wont even have the doctor call me himself back when I asked. The doctor was good, so I thought till this happened and doesnt follow through when he said he was going to do this surgery for my foot. It has been almost 9 months waiting for that call.
