I appreciate Periodontics Hygienist, Maria, for taking great care of me today! She is skilled and meticulous to ensure every visit leaves you glad you chose her for all maintenance cleanings. Afterward, Dr. Jessica Stilley studied my x-rays to ensure the bone grafting procedure she performed was a success. It was. Then she provided options and answered all of my questions before scheduling two implant surgeries into one visit. I just have to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional efficiency and welcoming atmosphere of the front office at Periodontal Health Center, New Port Richeys premier periodontal practice. From the instant you walk in, you're greeted warmly and efficiently checked in, setting the tone for a seamless experience. It's clear that Doris, the Office Manager, is an expert at what she doesmaking the entire process appear effortless, despite the complexity of coordinating various tasks with computer software and providing real-time support to skilled dental specialists, hygienists, surgical assistants, and patients alike. It's not easy managing so many moving parts, but the team here makes it look effortless. Not only do they ensure everything runs smoothly during each visit, but they also go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs, making it possible to consolidate multiple appointments for the utmost convenience. All staff was friendly ,courteous , Professional , and helpful and explained everything Dr Medina was amazing caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
