        My mom lived here for a year! Lot rent is insane!! $840 a month! She moved out on the 3rd of a month and they took the whole lot rent!! They don't pro-rate! Tried to get lot rent back, they said to ask the lady that bought her place for the money! Omg, are you kidding me!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PPL!!!!!! Greedy people!! Their so called realtors Rich & Linda are not licensed realtors as I was told by lady in office!! They don't know what they are doing either!! They both lie!!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS HORRIBLEY RUN PLACE!!!
