        Clearly this contractor is familiar with laying tile and is trying to get into doing other work. They laid the floor first instead of at the end of the job. Shelf in the shower is a half inch off of the wall. Wall tile overlapped the window by 2 inches. They did not use leveling sand in the shower so the water will not drain in the shower. Gave them multiple attempts to fix the work they failed multiple times. Contractor kept yelling at me on the phone that I need to give them another attempt to fix it. I have pictures of all the work and I can verify all of this. Services: Tile work installation, Remodeling
