My Dental Agency has really helped my practice grow. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Prior to working with My Dental Agency I was frustrated with the marketing companies I had and was changing companies every couple of years. They are a First Rate marketing company and I have no plan on changing anytime soon. If you are looking for a change you should give them a try.

I've worked with MDA in an office previously, and now in my own start up dental practice. They are always amazing to work with. Before signing up with them, they spent a surprising amount of time (at no cost!) explaining to me exactly what they could do for my office, and so far, they've done an awesome job. They're always very quick to respond (I don't think anyone sleeps there!) and guide me through anything and everything I have questions about. So far, I think they most valuable practice growth drivers have been the Google review prompts that are texted to our patients after they leave the office, regular Facebook posts, blogs, and emails. I'm excited to see how my practice continues to grow with MDA on my side. Together, we've already exceeded my expectations.

(I am reviewing this business as a current employee.) "Distinctly Different Dental Marketing" is 100% accurate and not just in the ways you may imagine. I am left almost speechless when attempting to describe how amazing My Dental Agency is. I have never felt so much support, personally and professionally from people I work alongside. Internally, the company is made up of individuals who are thoughtful, respectful, and talented. The group comes together as a whole and is very value-driven. The culture is the type you dream about as a working class person. The co-founders, Jackie and Shawn, really set the precedent. They both enjoy having fun, but are constantly hustling to make the company even better than it was the day before and to get results for our clients. I cannot imagine working under anyone else's leadership now that I have joined their team. My friends and family think I am kidding when I talk about the wonderful things that happen at this company. From our internal campaigns, such as our most recent Kindness Campaign, which had the goal of giving to families in need during the holidays, to the smaller things like The Wheel, which is brought out to help reward and say "good job" to those who go the extra mile at work, some days it feels like this organization has thought of everything. In addition to having fun, while staying productive, our leaders have a very defined skill at identifying talents and the things that drive their employees. They do not restrict individuals to their roles, but rather nurture those identified talents to perfect the workflow at the company and allow their employees to thrive. Seriously, it is a dream to be a part of this team. Externally, MDA is a marketing partner and not a vendor. I can't speak at length here since my role does not communicate directly with our clients (and I am not built for sales), but I can say that from the very beginning of developing a business relationship with MDA, the team gets to know the dental practices in great detail, almost on a personal level, and identifies the goals that the practices want to meet. MDA creates unique paths for each client to reach those goals and strives to make those goals reality. If you are a practice who wants distinctly different dental marketing, it's safe to say you've Googled and found it.

Both Jackie and Shawn as well as the entire team are responsive, accessible, truly on our team as far as expecting to achieve excellent results, and just a pleasure to work with.
