Ive known Heidi from C.A.P Commercial Asset Partners Reality for many years as a good standing Relater firm, though Ive never used her services. That changed about 2 months ago. Heidi and her team always had time for me. They professionally listed and showed my Building. Heidi was straight forward with me and didnt just want another listing. First they recommended key things that needed updated.before a listing. I did exactly as Heidi suggested. Shortly after I listed my Commercial industrial building with C. A.P. Commercial Asset Partners Hide and her team went to work. I fully trusted their abilities. They worked hard at vetting many interested parties. After being a business owner myself in New Port Richey for over 30 years Id say Heidi and her team at C.A.P Commercial Asset Partners are definitely one of the finer trustworthy people to deal with in this industry. Every part of the process Heidi keep me in the loop. C. A.P. Commercial Asset Partners definitely was a wise choice for me to make to list my Commercial Building. Im so thankful I have wonderful tenants and Im able to supply them with the space they need to further expand their business.
