They're closing this location and moving to downtown PR. I was there on the last day they were open and got cider and beef pho. The keel farms elderberry and mango cider was really good, not overly sweet and very refreshing. The pho looked nice but it wasn't good. The broth was off and salty, the noodles were thicker than what you'd expect with pho and overly soft (not slurp-able at all and tangled in knots). Also they dump in the bean sprouts, lime, and bay leaves instead of serving on the side, and give you 2 pieces of jalapeo slices in a plastic cup. The beef pho came with brisket and round eye beef which were decent. In terms of pho I'd give it a 3/10. Obviously it's not a Vietnamese restaurant, but that doesn't mean you'd expect the pho to be bad. They have Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai, but you can't excuse bad food for that. For example, if you get bad Japanese food, you can't say its because they're not exclusively Japanese. Otherwise, why eat here at all? Why not just go to a Japanese restaurant? Anyway, the service was extremely slow, probably due to the fact that it was their last day, but still. Waited 20 minutes for the pho and it was a long wait getting the server to bring the check and take it back, etc. They were nice though. Overall, I hope their new location with a different menu will be better. Not sure if I'd recommend it or not.
