The worst KFC in Florida! I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and they were not busy and then when she got on the mic to take my order she was rushing and had a attitude! I asked her are you okay? Then the manager got on the mic to take my order and was no better. I told her about Mackenzie with the blue hair that works night shift who took my order that was rude she didnt care not 1 bit. I asked her name and the employees name. Ariel for you to be a manager you should be ashamed of yourself a poor excuse for anybody in the management field. I was served hard fries and hard chicken nuggets that werent even eatable! The chicken looked good but was hard as a brick it had to be hours old and french fries would break your teeth trying to eat them. Thanks to the corporation of KFC for wasting my hard earned money on TRASH! I hope corporate shut this location down asap!!!!

The chicken had no taste. None. No seasoning whatsoever. There were no eleven herbs and spices. Not a one!

I got a famous bowl meal .. they then told me they didnt have the ice so I told them I didnt want the drink. I still was charged for the drink and told it came with the meal so I cant refund you meanwhile I said on the speaker I didnt want it if it was gonna be warm.. why would I want a warm drink!? The drink was warm and my famous bowl was cold! Had me sitting in the drive through for 10 mins just to still get my order wrong. Then I was charged for the person behind me instead of my own order! Ive had nothing but problems at this location yall are always out of half the stuff yall sell.. Ive tried to give yall multiple chances and yall fail miserably every time! I dont know if yall need new management or trainers or what.. but selling chicken and tacos isnt rocket science. Ive worked fast food for years and never seen such disorganization with a crew in my life. Get it together.
