        Ridiculous what they want you to go through before going to specialist. Can't wait for my husband to change to a real insurance plan for his company !

        If your employer assigns them to you jump ship! Nobody accepts them even as a their 3. They are horrible and most providers have never hear of them. I work for a school district and that has had 100's of complaints you've been warned.
