        I used to go here regularly to get box braids until the owner messed up my braids and refused to fix it afterwards. My hair was falling out and she also assured me I could swim and also have braids with short hair. I received a lot of misinformation and lack of accountability obviously.

        Never knew this establishment was near me and Im so happy I found it! So cute! So clean! The store owner was so so sweet, professional and so informative not to mention helpful! Definitely will be spreading the word about this place and going here from now on! I wish you the best at this new location!

      So you cut all your hair off; picked a style that I suggested you shouldn’t get, just for you to get the style anyways and go swimming a few hours later in Orlando. Then contacted me to ask me that 3 of the braids was coming out and could I fix it even though I told you that the style plus your hair texture and length this would happen but I still offered to fix it. Tried my best to accommodate you with the situation because you didn’t want to have your baby come outside. Then you wanted a whole new style and felt that you shouldn’t pay for a whole new braid style and I refused to do a whole new style vs fixing 3 braids that I didn’t really have to do. And now almost a year later you’re still having a temper tantrum and left my business a 1 star making it seem like your real hair fell out but I been doing your hair for years. LOL OK you Have a good life and I’ll continue to have a good one as well.
