Absolutely horrible female who works there. Total train wreck. How does someone so unprofessional get a job like this. I always deal with Tony. Unfortunately, he was not in. So, I've canceled my paid in full policy on my RV, and arrangements are being made for my car. Because of her, my $6800 is going elsewhere. Sorry, Tony. She's a loud mouth!
