I have been in the premium property management business for over thirty years, and I have not experienced a more poorly managed property in all that time. Hit and miss on-site presence. Lack of return communication. Sarcastic attitude towards its residents when a complaint arises. It has potential but is incredibly overpriced due to routine elevator, alarm, and current on-site managers' lack of awareness for taking care of their residents. Ashame. We would have liked to be in this area for a while, but we have to find another place.

I used to reside there, and my friend informed me about the persistent nighttime fire alarms, moldy vents, a malfunctioning elevator, and a neglected environment leading to a mosquito issue. The recent cost hike came with restrictions on visitor rights, subjecting guests to towing if the office isn't notified to allow you to rent a visitor pass. These prices are comparable to Tampa, the amenities remain unchanged, parking is terrible and the outdated pool gate attracts more outsiders to the pool. The homeless shouldnt be able to continue to gain access and use the pool as a personal bath house. Despite new management and the hiked prices, it seems the place has lost its charm. They desperately need to call a mold remediation specialist, fix/upgrade amenities and improve security to reason with the raised price.
